With that in mind, we launched the American Dream Home Ownership Program, to help turn renters into owners. How does it work? We accept applicants that have the income and cash needed for an FHA or VA mortgage but still can’t qualify because of a low FICO score, divorce, medical bills, time on job, self-employment, prior bankruptcy, prior foreclosure or other factors that may put a mortgage out of reach. With us, once approved, you can move into your new home within a few days!

Most of our homes are available with many creative financing options. You don’t need the best credit, and you don’t even have to get a new mortgage from the bank.
